Vitamin D3 plus K2 is the promotion of normal clotting in the blood and maintenance of bones, by contributing to the laying down of new bone matter. mk7 or menaquinone 7 is a long chain form of the vitamin K2. Its chemical name is menatetrenone and it's produced via conversion of vitamin K1 in the colon by endemic E.Coli bacteria. mk7 has a half-life of a couple of days when in a biological system. mk7 has also been shown to promote the health of bones and reduce pain caused by a disorder such as osteoporosis. Available in 500 tablets.
