Directions

For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. Sports & Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
