The clear BPA-free polypropylene plastic basting tube measures up to 1.5 oz. of liquid, and the narrow tip effortlessly injects it into the meat. The tube is heat resistant up to 212°F and the bulb is heat resistant up to 450°F, while the longer 11.5' length keeps hands away from hot pans and liquids for safer use. The two-piece construction allows the bulb to be detached from the tube for easy cleaning, and both pieces are top rack dishwasher safe.
